This is just an idea, I get them sometimes you see, anyway I was reading about all the space junk up in the outer atmosphere and though about all the solutions like the lasers that push the junk out of orbit or lasers that blow it up, and though, what a waste. Why not reuse it, why not build a ship that circles the earth collecting and recycling all that valuable material, it could even have a fabrication plant and everything, so it can build new assets for use in space, reducing the cost of shipping it up their in the first place etc, anyway just a thought.
